This Code aims to promote public interest technical exploration and exploitation of mineral resources of state-owned and private, to stimulate these activities in order to meet the requirements of domestic and external demand the same as their use is made in harmony with the principles and norms of rational exploitation of non-renewable natural resources and environment, within a holistic concept of sustainable development and strengthening of economic and social life.
